Modification or Cancellation Window

You may request changes or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, the order enters processing and can no longer be modified or canceled.


Requesting Changes

To request a modification or cancellation within the 6-hour window, please contact our customer support team at support@undersimply.com.
Include your order number and a brief description of the requested change. Requests received after the 6-hour window cannot be processed.


Shipped Orders

Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Please wait for delivery and refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for available options after the item arrives.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

Orders canceled within the 6-hour window will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
