What is the status of my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order ships, we’ll send a second email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, and other supported digital wallets. All available options will appear at checkout.


I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please double-check that your email address was entered correctly at checkout. If you don’t see the confirmation in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder. Still can’t find it? Contact us at support@undersimply.com .


My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

While most orders arrive without issue, mistakes can happen. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email support@undersimply.com with photos of the product and your order number so we can assist you promptly.


What if my tracking number isn’t working?

Tracking information may take 2–3 business days to appear in the carrier’s system. You’ll usually receive tracking details automatically by email. If the tracking link isn’t working after a few days, please reach out to support@undersimply.com for help.
