Where is my order/shipping confirmation email?

Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the confirmation in your inbox. Some email providers filter heavily. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@undersimply.com and we’ll resend it.


When will I receive my items?

All items are produced within 2–7 business days (not including shipping time). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • Production time: 2–7 business days

  • Standard shipping: 8–15 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 4–6 business days

International orders may take longer due to customs. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected lead time, please email us.


How can I track my order?

Tracking details are sent via your shipping confirmation email. You can also enter your order number in the “Track Your Order” section on our website.


Payment Methods

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Pre-paid gift cards from major card providers are also accepted.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and order size. Exact pricing will be shown at checkout after entering your address.


Can I change my order (item, size, or address)?

Yes, but only if your request is made before production begins. Contact us immediately at support@undersimply.com. Once your item is in production or shipped, changes cannot be made.


Returns & Refunds

  • If your item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Please send a photo of the issue to support@undersimply.com so we can resolve it quickly.

  • Since all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size or change of mind. Please double-check your size before ordering.


What if my package is returned to sender?

If an order is marked “undeliverable” and returned to us, we will reship it at no additional cost.


What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order has defects or damage caused by us, we’ll replace it at no cost. If replacement is not possible due to inventory, we will issue a refund or offer a similar product.


Care Instructions & Washing Issues

Please follow the washing instructions provided with your product. Designs are intended to last after proper washing. We cannot replace items damaged due to misuse. If you believe your product is defective, contact us with photos.


Tracking Delays

If tracking has not updated, it may mean the package is still awaiting pickup by the carrier. For international shipments, some carriers stop updating tracking once the package leaves the US.
